Any item not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be qualified for a return.

For the safety of our customers and to ensure that the goods are returned in the best condition possible, please package the things securely. We suggest using the original packaging materials, if possible. Make sure to include all parts, extras, and the original packing slip before closing the package.
